5 bar map help

I need some info on 5 bar map installation on my xfi.
I called fast and they said the ve table can only be 16 x 16 grid.
Which is probably not going to be too precise. I drive this car everywhere so i need the ve table to be streetable at the bottom and precise on the top, but with a 16 x 16 grid i have a feeling its going to be hard to do get the best of both worlds.
Im trying to run about 40 pounds.

Any help would be appreciated.

I run a 5 bar with no problems but if you want more resolution 4 bars are available.

What computer are you running?
Who makes the 4 bar?

The MAP sensor does not have to dictate the resolution. I suggest contacting your vendor (don't know if it's me). Make sure you have the correct MAP Calibration. The one from FAST is incorrect.
