500 gallon propane tank?

how much does it cost to fill one and how often do they need filling? Mild winter area like ne Texas.

I have one, and i drop right around 1100 dollars to fill it. last about 6 months maybe longer depending on your heating demands. mine supports 2 heaters, and 2 water heaters. no cooking, nuthing else.

have no choice though, i live too far out in the sticks for natural and my house is too big to try and rely on electricity..... so during the winter i burn wood to heat... spend all summer doing "free" tree topping....

I got my propane for 1.89. Caught a fillup special. Usage determines how long it will last. I run an infrared heater with thermostat 30k btu and use about 100 gallons a winter.

Not sure how much it will cost to fill but I bet that tank would look dope hangin' out the trunk of your TR!!!!!!
