I have read that I would need to get updated drivers to use these but my question is, can I use these if I want to stay around mid low 11's daily driven? Will they go too rich under non boost conditions etc? Car is pretty much stock right now. I can get these brand new from a friend even though I have no other parts to go with them. Just need to know if I get them or pass on them.
thanks

Those injectors are good for high 10s with proper fuel pump,Your ecm must be modified and with a good chip you can drive all you want on the street.:D

so I should get "em? We are talking just under $200 bucks so what ya think? YES huh..........

i've had a hard time getting mine to have good street manners, switched to a translator and translator extender chip and its alot better. every other chip i tried was too rich for street duty.

I've been running them and a Jim Testa chip the last few years with good results. They've been very driveable and while my car is not a daily driver it is driven 3-4 times a week during warmer months including to work 1-2 times a week.I'm upgrading now but only because I'm out of fuel

HTH,
Steve

Shouldnt have a problem getting a chip burned for 55s check out the chip forums you will find many amazeing chip burners.

DO IT - bailey burns a good chip - go wit extender xtreme and translator plus, it'll run fine. I know guys with very good daily drivers running 72's - it's all in the tuning.;)

Don't forget you will have to pay atleast $120 to get your ECM modded to use these injectors...

Oh ya i forgot about those new 57z .If i remember correctly they flow 20% more then the 55s.

Actually the the Siemens 3172's flow the same as the Siemens 3102.

They do flow more than the Delphi 50's.
