6776 water lines

What do I do with the two coolant lines coming off the throttle body (underneath and on the side) that I had to take off to connect the water lines for the turbo???????

No need to connect them to anything. You can cap them to protect the from debris but even that is not necessary.

These lines were put there to help cold weather starts/running but circulating warm coolant through the TB.
