I'm cruzin' the local strip looking for some fun on a nice warm day.
Get a red light along pulls up a 69 chevelle. It was real nice looking. They roll down the window & say nice car so I said the same ( as I armed my alky ). The passenger says 3.8 litre turbo ( reading my hood emblems ) are they suppose to be fast? I reply yeah there suppose to be...sssssoooo you want to find out? Wait for the green light & punch it ( no boost off the line ). He starts squeeling his tires hard . I spin a little bit & take off, hit 18#'s & it was over, I look behind me & he is about 2 blocks behind me. Stopped & talked to them a little bit, said it had a 396 in it but wouldn't show me, I think maybe a 350 who knows.
