Not really.
This being said, the spoolup would be awesome with the 3.06 1st gear. The trade off may be loss of traction. Which can be fun in its own right!

You would need a driveshaft, converter, crossmember, dipstick and tube. There is a tailshaft with a 200 mount position out there.
But... The 2004R is a far superior trans with just a couple basic mods. Mostly being in a hardened or upgraded forward drum. That is really all you need in a properly executed well built trans.
