700rwhp +th400= what parts to install?

I'm looking to rebuild a th400 i got out of a 79 suburban truck. I know im going to need a RMVB w/trans brake. What are weak parts in a th400? intermediate sprag?? Alto wide band, blue plate clutches and kolene steels?
