has anyone come up with a solution yet for the difference in air flow with a 70mm throttle body since it flows more for a given tps value. Wide open throttle is no prob, but anywhere between that and idle it seems like computer confused and hesitates.

70 mm

Do you have a popping at about 1/2 throttle when you stab the throttle fast?
If you slowly ease into it, it doesn't seem to happen?

most guys that make chips can compensate for that.

no popping, its just more like the computer gets confused and hesitates.
I got a chip from eric which I thought I mentioned about the 70mm.

Like Jason said, I think the only way to properly take care of that is with a chip. The computer is looking for, if air mass=A, throttle position should = B and O2 should = C. Then D (pulse injector width or whatever) should equal X. A and C dont = B and dont come close to matching and the computer doesnt know what to do. Not the most technical answer but you get my drift. Its like running a #28 accelerator pump nozzle (for a 600CFM holley) on a 750CFM Holley which should have a #31 pump nozzle. A bigger and faster pressure drop requires a bigger and faster pump shot of fuel.
