70mm Throttle Body...studs or bolts?

I'm installing a 70mm TB which came with 2 bolts...is it better to install it with the new bolts or use the studs/nuts that came with the stock setup...I would think with the studs there would be less chance of stripping the threads in the plenum...how are most installing these...

Mine came with allen head bolts, I used them with no problems.
