79 LeSabre Turbo 3.8

A local car for sale is a 2 door turbo LeSabre. Is there any aspect of this engine worth getting the car for? I was wondering about the heads, block, crank, pistons. I know the heads are no big deal but a crank would be nice.

Where can I find out?

I never seen or heard about a turbo-charged LeSabre... only Regals. All I know is a Lesabre is a a big boat!!! Check if it's orginal or if seller might have installed a new 86/87 motor in????

- turbo cranks are all years
- 109 blocks are 86/87
- heads are 83 to 87
