8 bolt GN-1's & ARP head studs- torque spec's?

What torque should I use? Champion calls for 75 on longs & 65 on shorts, but ARP say's 65 on instruction sheet?

I have always went with what Champion calls for. I have the spec sheat if you need any other info on installing them.
