Valve spring really helped on my car. They had to be the biggest bang for the buck deal I ever did. I have heard of peeps changing valve springs and not noticing any difference though. Guess each car is different.

They helped my car immensly also, but if the originals weren't bed, they wouldn't have done much at all. I couldn't rev over 4500rpm and would have to let off to get the tranny to shift, s oof course they helped me.
Find out what your combo is first before you go tossing money at it..if you've got a 49 or 44 dont' waste your money on a convertor...step up your injectors and do some other things.
