81 Chevy ElCamino with the drivetrain from an 84 T-Type. Engine has only had injectors, adjustable FPR and a little polishing on the heads, otherwise is stock. Engine was rebuilt 50,000 miles ago by a local Buick guy for his wife to drive. Transmission is an 2oo 4R with an Art Carr shift kit, has about 20,000 miles since rebuild. Car was repainted 3 years ago and is driver quality, not a show car. Interior is stock maroon cloth with power windows and locks. Interior is about a 6, it could stand to be freshened up. I swapped the Buick dash at the same time as the conversion. It rides on a set of 16" Enki wheels that are period correct and a new set of tires. The suspension is tight and it was aligned when the new tires were put on last fall.
Car was converted 6 years ago for my son to drive and he has now graduated from college and it is sitting more than being driven so it is time to go. It is a reliable driver that will surprise a few people.
Asking $7,500 obo, car is located in Longview Texas
