83 T-type questions

Im looking at purchasing a 83 T-type to play with. When I go look at it, is there anything particular to these carbed turbo cars that I should look for? Thanks in advance

I'd look for the check engine light to come on and then go off at start up. This is confirmation that the ECM is functioning.

I'd also make sure that the carb number is a 17083244.
