Short answer:cool: : No.
After about 60mm, you will break through.
 
62mm is the max i have seen.

I think "on average", anything larger than about 60mm is dependent on the core. If the hole is perfectly centered in the core from the factory you may be able to get it to 62, unless you more the last section "off center to the throttle plate. Dunno :confused: (I have never seen one that big :biggrin: )

I was too conservative and opened mine up to match the turbo inlet, right at 59mm. I wonder how you seal the TB at 62mm against the turbo. :confused:

I have a design that can take it up to 70mm, but untill we get BIG turbo's. there is no real need for it. Maybe someday I'll get around to making one. :)
