I am listing this car for a close friend who does not have access to a computer. I have extensive knowledge of the car and modifications, and can answer any questions on behalf of the owner. Please contact me via PM, and anyone interested in looking at the car, I can put you in touch with the owner.
The car is actually an 84 T-type, but has been converted to the 87 intercooled set up.
Exterior:
It is black, solid, and fairly clean on the exterior. Couple very minor rust spots, and the front glass bumper has a small crack, easily repaired. Both the front and rear bumpers are fiberglass. Car has weld prostars all around with 15X10s in rear, and 15X3.5s in front. 315 MT Drag Radials in rear, MT sportsman fronts. This is also a T-Top car.
Interior:
Leather (pleather) covered GN appearing seats, door panels, and rear quarter armrest inserts. Have center console, but not mounted in car. Quarter stick shifter, guages, mild steel 8 point cage. No heat, no A/C, no radio.
Suspension / Drivetrain:
This car has a TH400 trans with a shift kit and a TCI 3600 stall converter. Actual stall speed when driving normally is more like 2900, but does stall to 3500+ when building boost on footbrake. Car has an aftermarket driveshaft from suburban driveshaft, stock 8.5" 10 bolt rear with TA cover, 33 spline axles, richmond 3.73 gears, welded axle tubes, and rear coilover kit. Also has aftermarket lower control arms (solid) and adjustable uppers. Notched rear frame rails.
Engine:
The motor itself was rebuilt a bit over a year ago, and has about 5K miles on it. It has a mild cam, but other than that is stock from throttle body to oil pan. It has aftermarket headers (not sure on brand), 55# injectors, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, TE66 turbo, 3" DP, Liquid to air stock location stretch intercooler, billet pullies, and Accel GenVI DFI. Car has a sumped stock fuel tank, with twin external 255lph bosch pumps.
Performance:
This has been 11.20s at a very low 115mph running out of fuel before the 1000 foot mark. This was before adding a second fuel pump. Since the pump, the pulls much harder on the big end, but has not been back to the track. It had been 1.52 60 foot, and 6.90 in the 1/8th. I believe with the second pump that this car should see 10.90s without a problem.
He is looking for $9900 for this car, and I believe this is a fair price for this car as well.
Pictures to be added tomorrow-
