85 hot air drivetrain to a 86 regal limited body?

I recently purchased a super clean 86 regal limited with a blown Olds 307 V8. And i own a rebuilt full 85 GN drivetrain harness and all. Now when i gutted the engine bay for the new turbo motor, I noticed where the harness plugs into the firewall to the fusebox. The Headlights and signal wireloom is incorporated on the old harness plug for the V8 and my turbo harness does not have this on the plug?..Do i need to some how cut these off the old harness plug or what?...does this fusebox even work for a turbo motor?
 
I know on the turbo harness...

Most of the motor harness comes from under the a/c box. There are a few wires that come through the bulkhead connector as well though. On the turbo cars the bulkhead connector splits into two parts. One part is the headlight harness and the other is the secondary motor / trans plug / cooling fan / powermaster brakes harness.

I think this correct. Been a while since I messed with it.

I think your right about that..i have to double check. but i think it does split into different sections..thanks
