I have a chip burned by TT for the Ecm onversion.
I had someone pick up an ECM at a salvage yard. They brought back a 1226519. I told him I needed a 1227148. He was told that the 6519 is listed along with the 7148 as being correct. O'Reilly also lists these 2.
What is the difference between the 2?

I have added the LS1 MAF and Translator. It works with the 85 ECM.
I set the switches to ON,ON,ON,OFF. When I recieved it, it was ON,ON,OFF,OFF. What is the difference in these 2 settings?

GM used the same ECM with different numbers on different cars. Make sure you use your TT chip and your calpak. Brad

#1226519 is the NA carb ECM. No injector drivers in other words. Toss it back.

I'll even save you a click or two. The only year the 1227148 was used on NA cars was 1986. No sense in looking at 1985 or the 87 and newers. The GM C/H bodys are all that I ever look in.
