I was using Reds wires for the longest time. He doesn't sell them anymore. What is a good set to use on these cars that fit right. I need to put some on a friends car next week. Thanks for the info.

Bob Bailey has magnecores on his TR6 site. These are the best out there for the buicks

Blackgn1 on here makes custom wire sets for our cars. He calls them "high boost" plug wires. Send him a pm. I bought a set from him and they fit PERFECTLY. I dont remember pricing, but he has different wires from 8.5 to 10.5 if i remember correctly.

Any good brand at 8mm is fine, 10mm is overkill for stock ignition systems and will provide no gain.

Great, I sure appreciate the info. I will check out the wires tomorrow. The ones red sold were good and about $45. I had 2 sets then used one and sold the other. Now I need a set for a friends car I am working on.

The best wires i've used and are the least expensive with the best warranty.

Autozone Bosch ultra-premium 8mm wireset part number 09718 $25.99 lifetime warranty.

This is not a custom tailor perfect length wireset. A couple of the wires are a little longer than they need to be but they are made well and are gray with black boots.
