86-87 turbo, inter. cooler and dp stockparts

Intercooler is in good shape doesn't leak needs to be paint to touched up. Turbo I was told it was a stage 2 garrett but I looks stock It does have a garrett rebuild tag on it. No shaft play and it doesn't smoke oil. The down pipe is wrapped with a header tape. I also have aset of stock heads ported with manely valves that need installedAll parts came off my 87 gn with 86**** miles. Intercooler $100 turbo $200 dp $75and heads $300. The turbo has a bolt on inlet bell or is it one piece? Pics?

Who ported the heads, and are the guides tight?

I don't know who ported the heads they were on the car when I bought it. But they did a nice job on them. The heads need cut to fit the valves they do have comp 980 springs .
