Came across this and not sure how to take it?.. Is this accurate? Maybe a gem? Maybe a waste?

its a black lasebre with GN badges as far as i can tell , thas how GM built them and they are rare ..... not turbo or even supercharged ..had they done that the cars might be more desireable to collectors..

and that one is really rough more like a junkyard find not a barn find gem with dust on it

It has the correct fender badge (not the same at the regal GN) and the correct wheels it could be the real thing? These were built to suffice NASCAR. And no doubt they should at least been SC'd.
