87 Ecm Chip

ok well i need your guys info. i have a hot air car with the 87 ecm. who makes a sweet ass chip for the 87 ecm?
need it soon so please help

I like the joe L 93 and 110 chip that i ran , there nice chips

So far, the best chip I have used is the Thrasher. I have a late model Pit Bull (low timing), Joe Lubrant and the Thrasher. The Pit Bull is good, the JL gives me knock at 12psi boost and on shifts and the Thrasher lets me run 25psi boost with 0.0 knock all thru the 1320. The Thrasher gives me the best idle the car has ever had and probably the best throttle response out of the 3 hotairs I have.

Forgot to add something...I also went thru 3 Red Armstrong chips from Poston before the JL chip. Each RA chip made the car a bitch to drive (running overly rich) without being able to spool it up at lights or racing. Idle was always hunting until it warmed up.

Had the same experiences as Eric with the RA, JL chips.
Key is to find a chip YOUR car likes.

question on swapping the 85 ecm box for the 87 ecm box: is it simply plug in? I know that i have to run mat/maf? line. im going to purchase one from the for sale section. Thanks.
