Passenger side rear of engine in the valley pan (I believe it is called) under the intake manifold. Kind of tough to get to. Make sure you have a new gromet before you replace it, in case the gromet crumbles or cracks.

Which is highly likely, if it is the original grommet. When it breaks, it will fall down inside the engine, too. It is somehow related to Murphy's law. Don't think the little pieces will do any damage, but it is something to worry about.
