87 GN unloaded at Straight Line Auto in BIg D

Curious if anyone on this board traded at Straight Line with their GN.
Also curious if anyone on this board bought it.

I did a PPI on that car and was curious if you noticed what I did.

The car was very distinct as it had shaved bumpers and a dedication plaque to the owners on the dash. 90+K mile car.

No, I didn't want to scare them as they are a high end broker. I saw the car on their web site and immediately inquired. We deal with them on a fairly regular basis and I found it odd that they were unloading one of these for the advertized price.

I spent about 2 hours with the car (with another friend that knows every nut and bolt on a TR).

I don't feel it proper to advertize what I came up with, good or bad without talking to the new owner.


it was a very pretty car.
