Getting the itch for a new project (TR drivetrain in a '67 fastback mustang set up Pro-Touring style) and would need to sell the Buick to help finance it. Tried posting in the for sale forum & got a whopping one reply & it wasn't a "real" one. :(

Here's the basics:

1987 Turbo-T, black with chrome trim & grey interior, 50110 miles

Weld super lite II rims, 215-65-15 / 255-60-15 on the "street" set and a pair of 28-10.5-15 slicks on the track set.

CPP competition shortblock w/ Venolia forged pistons (9:1), 206 cam, billet caps on the centers & a Race Jace girdle

Refreshed stock heads with a good 3 angle valve job, ported stock intake & ported stock throttle body

Te-61 turbo w/ pte .63 exhaust housing, Action Fab stock mount stretch intercooler

Terry houston downpipe into a Torque Tech 3" exhaust system with race magnum bullet mufflers

Kurtz built tranny with a 3200 rpm stall top hat (9/11") converter

HRPartsNStuff rear control arms (upper & lower), 28 spline Moser axles & stock 3.42 gear

50lb injectors & custom burned street chip (CPP)

The only online pic I have is from the 2001 Houston Buick Club annual Burnout Contest which also happens to be the image that graced the cover of the 2003 Turbo Buick Calendar: Doug C's TR

As I said I'm just testing the waters right now, so YOU tell me whats a FAIR price..... If you'd like more details just ask & I can email more pics if requested. :)

IMO,
I think you can get around 10k. But how's the body?, I'm sure it's good being a Texas car. But the way the economy is now it's a little tough....Good luck..

maybe you could do the ebay thing. list it with a reserve and if you dont get what you want, forget it. i would love to own a T, but right now $$$ are just not there. Mr. Tee has one of the sweetest T's in here, IMO. theres some nice dark rosewood ones too.

no prob:) that metallic blue just looks really nice, and the black wheels work well with the blue.
