id hate that too but im just offering what i feel the car is worth. the plain truth is if you look hard enough, probably 1K more than what hes asking can probably get you one thats running and driving. well, out here in SoCal anyway. for the effort that has to be put in the car, i dont feel its an 'insult'. i still remember i could have bought a GN with some engine damage for $1200 a couple years back. it still ran and drove though but would have needed an overhaul soon enough. i dont feel its an insult for what ( not meant as an insult AT ALL here ) is still a car with a questionable engine and tranny here. i dont mean it at all as an insult, just making a real offer.
then again, i paid $350 for 2 out of the 3 cars i currently own right now when i bought them, so maybe im just spoiled.
