87 Turbo T Roller

Straight body,Deep purple paint, blue interior. Paint is slick and shiny with a few chips. Could use a final buffing and wax job.Was originally a white car. New grill, Fiberglass hood and front bumper. Red Armstrong double pumper fuel pumps, New brakes, drums and rotors, S-10 rear wheel cylinders, coil springs, and front bumpers (unpainted, but on car). Goodyear 29x11x15 slicks on 10" Centerline wheels. It has hooker exhaust which had a piece replaced due to a broken driveshaft!!! Interior is in real decent shape except front driver's seat has a tear, door panels are good shape and rust free doors. Carpet is fair, new headliner, no console or shifter, or wiring harness. Also forgot to say that car is located in Portland, In. South of Ft. Wayne, about 50 miles. And it has all new body bushings. Except the right rear frame rail needs repair so the new bushings will fit.

Also, this car has line lock, and 2 large rear brakeshoes on each side which really hold a lot of boost. I held 15-18# of boost with this setup and had a 1.42 short time, 12.25 et at 109mph in a stock car w/slicks, cold air,fuel pump and chip.daily driver. Someone should buy this car and make a nice street/ strip animal out of it . The body is straight and slick and looks almost black when it is shined up. Missing a good buy on a starter car. The title is free and clear. It has 168,011 miles, 8 1/2" posi. Is good. It has a couple bubbles and chips in the paint, but no holes. Rocker panels are good with exception of some paint flaking on passengers side. Underneath has some typical surface rust flaking, but not serious. It has a dent in the floorboard from a broken driveshaft above the rear end. Will try to post more pics. Thanks.

I thought at first - naw - he didn't realy mean "deep purple" - he meant that dark merlow color they used from the factory (whatever it's called)
But then I saw the trunk pics - and it really is a Deep Purple.
He ain't kiddin.
I thought...hmmm..for the price...
Although, I'm not sure the blue interior works with the purple.
I'd have to lay eyes on it.
But that purple truly is sort of a classic drag strip car color.
I'd love to pull up at the office in it - just for the shock value.
