depends on the overall condition of the car, if the car is clean, does not need paint, interior is nice, tranny and engine are in very good shape than 10500 would be fair price. Need some more info on the car mods,options, what it needs etc

It's only worth $10,500 if it is in absolute mint condition, with excellent paint, perfect interior, solid doors and quarters, and functioning A/C. If it has the original tranny, it will likely need a rebuild in the next 20,000 miles or so. At least that has been my experience.
FWIW, I sold a nice 87 hardtop, 94k miles, original paint, new tranny, with basic upgrades for $6500 last year, and occasionally you will see them on the board in nice condition in the $6-$8k range.

A lot has to do with what part of the country you are buying in.
Kills me because for what I paid in MASS & could have got a real beuaty queen in other parts of the country for same price.
Just Averaging I would say $7500- You gotta say they will always be less than a GN.
To me the TT's are a steal compared to GN's & other muscle out there.

Would have to agree with the last two: generally a T or T-Type will bring 1/2 of what a comparable GN would. Assuming the car you're looking at has no major issues, based on your description, 8k would probably be fair market value, 9 if it's in almost perfect condition.
The car was in real good shape, interior was flawless! But It was driven in the minnesota winters for it's first few years! :frown: The whole underbody is full of rust. Nothing major, but enough to turn me away. It drove real nice, shifted firm, and everything worked! I'm beginning to realize that a road trip is in my future, to the southern states. If I'm gonna invest money in to a T or GN, I want something rust free! Thanks for the advice guys!
