98 GMC Jimmy-Anyone ever replace the door hinge pins/bushings?

Picked up a 50,000 mile 98 GMC Jimmy for the wife but the driver's door lower hinge pin and bushing is worn. Already picked up a replacement. Anyone ever do this themselves? Any tricks or tips to doing it would be appreciated. Guess whoever had it before must have used the door to help push themselves up into the seat.

Well, I kinda have some experience with this. I had a dent in the door of my old 97 Tahoe. I found another door of the same color, so just pulled the pins to switch the doors.

I remember removing a c-clip off the top and using a long 3/8" extension from the top to pound the pins out.
