Is this the correct paint code for the exterior foe a 87 GN?

19 is correct but there was no "A".

Thanks you I noticed after base and clear and cut and buff 19 appears brown

I always thought the code needed for actually mixing the paint was the "WA" number (WA.848) which is on the RPO tag...

Yes if you look at the underside of paint can lids of code 19 and code 99 black code 19 will not be as pure of black as 99 and have a brown tint
