A better mouse trap?

I use glue traps with some chocolate or peanutbutter... Ive never given those things a chance always felt gimmicky to me...

They make little squeaks from what i remember. When you get to the glue trap and the little fucker is still alive you can look him in the eye and smile. Just saying.

Also. When i used the glue pads i had put them along walls. The mice like sticking to the wall when they travel. Well, the little bastards were running around the traps so i put the traps the long way from the wall and they were still running around. I came up with an idea and it worked.

I used a folded piece of cardboard 2X2 or bigger in an L shape and abutted it to the glue trap.

I couldn’t catch em fast enough after that. They were afraid to run around the tall cardboard so they attempted to jump over the trap and never made it.

I just use those triangle thingies with the poison food that makes them explode when they drink water.

I have cats outside that dont get fed too much. Hungry cats equals no mice or small rodents. Used the sticky traps before the cats, worked ok but cats are better.

I was going to mention cats as well or even dogs.

My chow is a serial killer. He doesn't eat any of the creatures he kills. He just kills them and walks away! (So far, I've found a shrew, a chipmunk, a squirrel, an opossum, a rabbit, and some bird) We don't have much wildlife that feels the need to stick around.

Don't use the Decon because they eat it and then they climb inside the walls and sh!t the bed. That's not a good smell. Is that a dead mouse in the house or nana come over and leave her sweater? B.M.

My dad once used a 12 gauge at the farm house he had down in south jersey. Um, later he drove a backhoe through it. Sorry to say, all you guys in south Jersey probably have mice now because of this incident.

There needs to be a camera set up in the electric mouse traps to record the electrocutions.
