Its christmas time, and I wish I lived close enough to all of you that have helped me out on this board this year that I could personally deliver a nice gift to. I've never met him in person, but Jerryl is somebody who comes across to me as a really mature, patient, wise, down to earth person. He's helped me out on this board numerous times in the hot air section knowingly, and unknowingly (when I'm doing research with the search function). The search function has became my "best friend" over the past months as I learn to troubleshoot and learn more and more about my hot air gn. I can only imagine how aggrivateing it is for some of you who have been around a long time, when a anxious "newbie" like me comes around and starts firing off tons of questions, and all I had to do was be a little creative with the search option. I just noticed a few minutes ago that Jerryl got me again when I butted in on a thread asking about something without doing a search. Nevertheless... a simple response by posting a link, and it answered all my questions. I, and many others, I'm sure, from the newer crowd are very appreciative to you Jerryl.
Have a happy Holidays!

I have to second this post. Jerryl has helped a lot of people on this board. He's a great guy and very involved in this online community.

Gents,

I am humbly and gracefully accepting your recognition.

I would like to point out and credit the MANY (Not going to mention in fear of leaving some out) who have (with these cars) gone before me, to places I will never dare to go, with performance levels I will continue dreaming about, have graciously shared their knowledge and expertise, have given and shared where possible, and continue to give to this community.

Some of the experts remain quietly in the background with “Hearts and Souls of Gold”.
Most in this section of the board are pretty “tight knit” and will give you the shirt of their back if it means getting your issues resolved and/or getting you information to get your car back up and running.
Face it, we (HA folks) are a minority on the way to extinction if we are not careful.

I found out a while back that pretty much everything we have questions on has in some way or another already been addressed somewhere on this board. Many times, the experts are MUCH better in understanding and explaining the challenges we face with these cars, hence the links.

“It is not always the end result that creates a champion, but the struggles and persistence within oneself to succeed”

Yep Jerry is a great guy and friend. Man those dudes from houston sure are great guys:D . Hes right we have to stick togeather as (HA) brothers. Merry christmas guys

I know Jerryl in person, and will whole heartedly agree with everything said here. Soon I will be picking his brain with any ideas on my dads hot air when we decide to get started working on it again.

Jerryl is a big help to me and our world of hot airs. I cannot say anyhing but thanks and all his help is very helpful. I can only limply follow his lead. Enjoy the holidays everyone. Brad
