Ok i go and turn on my A.C. and i dont hear or feel anything. I see that the rpm's go down to about 700 so i think the compressor is working. I dont know if its the ac fan relay or the blower maybe both maybe neither.

take a look under the hood, actually see if the compressor engages... then let us know.

does anything else come out when you put it on (heat/vent/defrost?) it's possible the blower might be bad or something alot easier...

when did it stop working?

I copied this from the archives for you:

See if the compressor clutch engages with the engine running when you turn the A/C switch to MAX. If it does, you have power to the compressor clutch.

If the compressor clutch does not engage, troubleshoot the low pressure switch located on the drier. Pull the plug off of the low pressure switch and see if you have voltage to one of the two pins with MAX selected (engine running).

If you have voltage, but the compressor does not engage, either the low pressure switch has failed or you have a lower charge than required to close the switch.

If you determine that the low pressure switch is bad, it can be changed out without discharging the system because there is a schrader valve below the low pressure switch to allow replacement.

If your charge is low, it will require a top off.

The compressor engages bit nothing comes true the vents nor do i hear the fan turn on.

Check blower motor, if clutch is coming on and off every couple of minutes, then ac has freon and compressor is working. Sounds like blower motor may not be working. It is on the r/side up near windshiled. Wiggle connector sometimes they get corroded. If nothing there get test light with car running make sure you have power going to blower motor. To test this inside car turn fan on and set controls to AC max. See if you have power to wires going to blower motor. If you have power going there chance is a bad blower motor.

I had a bad power wire to my heater/ac control unit. When I tested the purple wire on the blower motor it had power. But when I checked the wire while it was hooked up to the blower, voltage dropped to 0. So I ran a new wire from the fuse box (with an inline fuse) to the control unit (brown wire maybe?) and it fixed my blower problem.
