you will need different lines. the 87 lines are longer b/c the compressor is on the drivers side. also the clutch is different, 86-87 use serpintine (spelling, i know i suck) belts. I'll check the rest next time i go to work (tuesday night)

i was hoping to just install it in the same spot as my old one. should mount the same no?
that way i can reuse all my lines and such.
is it possible to swap the clutchs from my oem to this one?
if you are using a 86-87 motor the turbo will mount where the compressor would mount on a 84. So one of them must change places, It would be much easier to move the compressor to the other side. You could use the 94 clutch but you would have to use v-belts for all the other acessories. I think you are making much more work for yourself.
