A Couple of Production 4.1 Questions.

What's the deck heigth of a production 4.1 block?
Anyone ever bored one out to 4.020"? (reason I ask is I have pistons I could use)
Anyone have the deck heigth of the TA Aluminum block? (My computer don't like their web site) THANKS!

The stock deck height is suposed to 9.56" from the tech books I have but if I'm wrong the books are a little old.

Mine is bored to 4.030

I'm planning mine with a .035 overbore to go 4". Changing to carrillo rods that are 6.65" and a piston with a pch of 1.247. This thing should have alot of torque off the bottom.

My old one was .055 over or 4.020 bore to make it simpler.Made 500 RWHP and never overheated.
