From what I have heard shock settings and traction/boost conrol are important to getting these down the track.

This one. Install the DIVX player and it should install necessary codecs for Windows Media Player to play most (if not all) vids.

watch out... one of those DivX players/codec things (from the actual DivX site) gave me 2 spyware programs....
