I agree with what the others have said.
You need a new set of injectors and a new Turbo Tweak chip specific for your combo with C16 race gas. That chip was definitely not burned for your combo. Eric will get you squared away.
If you have PTE PT6766 turbo with the HP cover, that turbo is rated at 935 flywheel hp. You have a chip, fuel pump and injectors that is barely sufficient for 600 flywheel hp. The C16 is definitely saving your bacon, especially with that turbo at 28psi. The simple math (50 x 6 x 2 = 600) says 50# injectors can support 600 flywheel hp on race gas, but that's with the right fuel pump backing it up and is pretty much maxing them out. The 95# injectors are what I would recommend with the new chip and if you're using aftermarket fuel feed and return lines, then the Hellcat 525 lph pump.
My own combo also has a Gen 1 PT6766 but with the SP comp cover, PTE 46mm external wastegate on a GN1 Performance downpipe with manual boost regulator valve, and a maximum ported wastegate hole that has the same ID as the feed pipe for the wastegate, with the bottom wall cut back and smoothed to help the exhaust make the sharp 90* turn into the wastegate inlet. I also ran a single 255lph fuel pump with volt booster so it would see max volts under WOT. The main differences are, my combo has a stock cam, stock heads, Comp 980 valve springs, and stock bottom end, where your's is built with a hydraulic roller cam. I also run a single nozzle alky kit with 93 pump gas, stock ECM, MAF translator, 3.5" MAF and a TurboTweak alky chip with 80# injectors. In my situation, the saving grace is alky and having stock rotating assembly baby parts, so my power band is very narrow. Which is why I had to run moon boost levels to reach my at the time goal. 34psi across the traps was on the ragged edge with this combo but it survived. I've since made changes, IE: dual nozzle, Hellcat 525 pump, Top Secret hydraulic roller cam, Johnson lifters, Next Gen PT6466 turbo, Boost Crew ignition system, etc, etc, etc.
IMO, your combo is very lean under WOT with that chip, injectors and fuel pump. Especially with your engine build. And having perfect boost control with an internal gate, HD actuator and using the factory wastegate solenoid is also going to be very difficult to perfect, because of the nature of how the solenoid + single port actuator functions with a stock ECM. Most people with combos like your's, go with an external wastegate and either a manual boost regulator valve or an electronic boost controller. One thing's for sure, I would not continue to make runs or race that combo with that chip, that pump and injectors. Danger danger.
Hope this helps.
