A442F Transmission Rebuild

When I pull my WE4/trailer with my 94 Landcruiser I get some flair when shifting between 2&3rd and 3&4th. The valve body is designed for soft shifts, which I want to change.

Since I have slipped the trans clutch packs (or bands) I am sure I will need a complete rebuild in the near future.

Does anyone know a shop with experience with these transmissions??

I know, I am exceeding the factory recommended towing load of 5,000 lbs, but for now I can not purchase a truck.

I need someone with enough knowledge about the valve body to make the appropriate modifications.

Any help will be appreciated.

any rebuilder,not parts replacer that understands transmissions and their inner workings should be able to upgrade the transmission for additional load bearing capacity.
