What exactly are you asking? You can convert an old ac compressor over to 134 but you have to add the 134 oil to the system. The best way to do it is take it to a shop if you don't know much about air conditioning systems. You have to evacuate the system and let it sit in a vacuum for a while to ensure you don't have any leaks and then charge it with the oil and the refrigerant. Like I said if you don't know what you are doing and don't have the tools you should take it to a shop.
If you are asking if the car is already set up for 134 you need to take a closer pic of the accumulator. From what I can tell it already has the adapter on it which tells me it has already been converted.
