Acceleration issues

Seems if I'm going over 60% throttle, the car feels like it's running into a pillow, then picks up again. Any ideas?

Bad spot on TPS?

Tried looking at the TPS on the DS and it seemed to show a good slope. I'd hate to run out and replace it without knowing for a fact it would improve it. Could it be IAC or a clogged fuel filter?
