I’m putting new headlight bezels on the front and have a broken tab at the bottom, so it won’t fit properly see picture attached. Of course a almost 30 year car stuff is going to break… just seeing if anyone has any ideas on how to maybe fix this or make it work

Better picture at bottom, it seems as if it was already repaired once
 
Once the light sits in there it sits crooked and throws off the bezel
 
I’ll have to duplicate these efforts onto the other side because they are both broken top and bottom

I have heard that powered charcoal & super glue can repair plastic parts like that . You have to make a mold of the broken piece with clay while attached to the main part .
