Are all pink/black stripe wires accessory? I need to tap into an acc. wire for a gauge.

use the ign ports on the fuse block , takes a male spade teminal

And while your plugging into one of the IGN 1 slots for power, you can plug into the LPS slot for lighting the gage. LPS is for lighting.

The pink/black wires are typically IGN+. Which is hot in both run and crank (cold in ACC position).

An ACC wire is only going to be hot in run and ACC positions of the igniton switch (cold during cranking).

Thanks for the info. The gauge is caspers knock gauge and the instrux said to use an ACC wire, which they indicated was pink/black stripe. I'm not sure if this is required due to that gauge or if an IGN port can be used instead. Thoughts?

Looking at the install instructions:

B – goes to SWITCHED BATTERY POSITIVE (PINK/BLACK STRIPE – MUST switch off during cranking)

Since is must be off during cranking needs to be on an ACC tap. Looking at the fuse block diagrams I didn't see one (unusual).

Could pick up an ACC feed at/to the radio. It is a yellow wire.

Better than that is a PICO GM Ign Cavity Connector. It locks in place

I checked my local parts store for one of these and got a deer in the head lights look. Where did you get yours? Can I get a 2 to 1 or even 3 to 1 style connector? I will have 5 gauges plus scanmaster so want to use as few ports as possible.
