Actuator mounting brackets

I noticed the mounting brackets were slightly different for my TA-49 compared to my 6152E. I had to modify the bracket slightly to mount the actuator onto my 6152E because it used different mounting holes on the turbo.

I need to purchase a new actuator but I'm unsure how to specify it to make sure I get the correct one.. any thoughts?

I'd contact someone like Precision Turbo and tell them what you're looking for, they must have plenty of experience with fabbing up the brackets to make the actuators bolt up to different housings.
