Adjustabe WG Fitment Issue

im having a problem with an adjustable WG bolting on to my 6765 PTE its just to long what WG do you guys use and where do you have it located? i had to cut some of the WG to make it fit but seems like i need a different WG all together the one i have clearly doesnt belong there

usually the actuator comes with the turbo, or you swap one over from an old turbo as long as the compressor housings are the same.
