Adjustable Wastegate Actuator installation question

Hey guys, I'm installing an adjustable wastegate actuator and have gotten it all apart except for the skinny end. Does this clip onto the bottom of the turbo with a C clip type thing? I didn't want to start yanking on it and break it, so before I go any farther I just wanted to make sure. I included a picture of the spot I'm talking about. (I know my turbo looks terrible..) Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks guys!

just slide that little eclip off

if it breaks no big deal , hardware stores carry them or a hairpin clip will do

i use the same clip as on the throttle bracket and cruise cable ends

Always keep extra clips on hand they seem to fly to be never found again.
