ADjustable wastegate

Its been a while but is it shortening or lengthening the rod to increase boost ??????????I am sure I have shortened it a turn or two & the boost is less thru 1st & on up.I have a TA49 & the actuator is dirty looking , maybe time for a new one?Thanks Chris

Shorter = increase boost.

WHAT IF

Shortening the rod decreases boost ??? Am I missing something else? I will measure it then do a few turns to be 100% sure but I am certain I shortened it & the boost went down , will try again tomm.

shorten, shorten, shorten. i believe two turns =1 pound of boost

Good tto see you out there I will get after Satrurday morning & let you know,I can't understand why I think I see decreases when I have been shortening the rod??? But will be super exacting when I do it tomm. Thanks again
