Here's a newbie question, I assume you adjust boost up or
down by turning the threaded rod on the waste gate actuator
what is the rule of thumb here one full turn one lb. of boost
or how does it work????
Vern

I don't know if it is an exact science, but as a rule I would turn it out 1 or 2 turns at a time and don't go much higher than 17 lbs on a stock car and pump gas. Good idea to get a knock guage or a scanmaster. Have fun and good luck.:D

another Q

Thanks 8bud you don't know till you ask. I have another Question
I have done away with the breather tube from passenger
side valve cover to turbo, should I just plug the hole in the
turbo where that tube ran???
thanks again
Vern

8bud, should have made myself clearer, I've got tall rocker covers
with breathers in both, it's the turbo hole where the original
breather tube went. I planned to just plug it off or does it need
a vacuume hooked to it

Plug/cap it.

Yeah, what scotty said. If you arleady have a breather on that v/c you don't need another one.
