Looks like he launched the car too hard with too much boost (more than the track would handle)... I've seen Orlando do the "G-body Lambda" as well with his car although because of the lack of front and rear sway bars it twists up really bad on launch so it looks even worse! Orlando usually launches with 20lbs of boost (sometimes 25lbs if he's feeling lucky) and it's always amazed me how he is able to keep that car under control after how it moves around to make a low 10 or high 9 sec pass with the serious lack of suspension (the only real suspension pieces he has to my knowledge our airbags and SSM LCAs).... Think now that he has a trans-brake and wants to go faster he will probably add the Wolfe bar with some adjustable UCAs and some poly bushings to keep this car going straight
I think that pass was well executed.... NO LIFTING!
I made a pass that looked alot like that one last year at Byron while there were several other GNs at the track, and the track announcer got rowdy and immediately started yelling to the track official "I DONT WANT TO SEE ANOTHER ONE OF THOSE BLACK BUICKS GO DOWN THE TRACK TODAY! YOU UNDERSTAND ME? NO MORE BLACK BUICKS!!!!" LOL
My problem was 8" rim + 10.5" tire + 9psi air pressure = not good....
