Advice on what to go with next???

Hello all,
Was thinking of adding another upgrade to my car, but im at a loss on what to go with. Turbo or intercooler? I dont have alot of money to spend on a new turbo. My stock turbo has a fin broke off it but still works very well. im not sure if that is effecting performance at all. I was looking at a te44.
Is that better than a ta49? Also, is the duttweiler 2 1/2 neck mod intercooler a good route to go with over the stock intercooler? The mods i have done so far are in my sig below.

Get a new wheel put on your stock turbo and then put alky on the car and youll be surprised at 22 psi how the car runs.

I'll second this, it's fun....especially when you throw an mbc and some timing on it
