My 02 is 3 years old but only has 3000 miles on it,no race gas ever.Do I put a new one in?

I have read to replace often when you relying on it. I have a TT 6.2 chip

When they start to crap out it will take forever to warm up at key on engine off. Also it will get stuck at 13.5-14.2 even when AF ratio should be in the tens making the car dump fuel and run crappy.
